Where do we deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK at a standard delivery charge.
For the following off-shore areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please contact us for a custom delivery charge .

Can I cancel my order once placed?
Yes you can cancel your order once placed and receive a full refund. However, if the items are already delivered, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods. It is not possible to cancel by simply sending the goods back.

When can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days.
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order, due to the current Royal Mail non-delivery investigation policy.
Dispatch:
You will be informed when your item has been dispatched, and where possible will be provided with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of the delivery.
Receiving a delivery:
Orders will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work).
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery with them for a more convenient time.

It is very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers.

If the item is damaged in transit or is incorrectly supplied, we will collect and replace the item at no further cost.

All of our window security products are made to measure, therefore, we would need to assess what stage the product is at before we can determine whether are not a refund can be issued.
We will not accept a cancellation of an order once work on your order has commenced.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders of window security products are made to measure and lead times vary according to delivery address, size and quantities ordered.
On average, orders will be delivered between 5-15 working days from date of order.
Orders of Hammer Glass take slightly longer at 15-20 working days from date of order.
